Q: I could not complete my purchase transaction, what should I do?


Zend's product procurement is handled by Element 5, a leading e-Commerce platform provider. Should you encounter any problems while attempting to purchase a Zend product, please contact Element 5's 24/7 Order Support or Zend's Online Store team.
Please include the following information in your email: Your order number, the name of the product you were trying to purchase, as well as any error message or email you received.

Q: What is my Pickup Depot?


Your Pickup Depot is your personal customer center at Zend.com. It is a central location to download software, request product licenses, request technical Support, access software Upgrades and renew your software or Support and Upgrade terms. To login, click here: Pickup Depot.

Q: Where do I download the product I purchased?


To download the product you purchased, visit your Pickup Depot and click on 'Download' under the 'Action' column.

Q: Where do I find my product license?


To request a license for your chosen product or to access an issued license, visit your Pickup Depot and click on 'License' under the 'Action' column.

Q: How do I download product Upgrades?


To download a minor and major version upgrades, visit your Pickup Depot and look for the new Upgrade under the 'Product' column. Then, click on 'Upgrade' in the Action' column.

Q: Can I get the Zend software on CD and mailed to me?


The Zend Product CD is available for an additional $25 plus shipping & handling. Once you have added the desired product to the Shopping Cart, you will be offered to add the Zend Product CD to your shopping cart.

Q: How can I renew my annual software Upgrades & Support?


Upgrade options and pricing information are available in your Pickup Depot. Click 'Renew' next to the 'Enhanced Product Support' entry in your Pickup Depot.
